We are seeking a Payroll Team Lead to join our team! The Payroll Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Sr. Payroll Manager in managing the complete payroll process for both exempt and non-exempt employees for Smile Brands. The Payroll Specialists will report directly to this position. This position requires the potential candidate to exercise good independent judgement most of time on resolving payroll and tax issues. He/she will stay up-to-date on state and federal payroll and tax laws and ensure an accurate and timely payroll, including base pay, payroll taxes etc.
